Return Policy

Due to the nature of stationery products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Key Points:

• Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and accepted.

• Products cannot be returned for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Minor color, design, or packaging differences

  • Failure to inspect items at delivery

Conditional Replacement:

Replacement may be considered only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The issue is reported immediately at the time of delivery, before acceptance

Any request made after delivery acceptance will not be eligible for return or replacement.
